         Making a purchase from this site or Top flight drone you agree to the following terms:

     YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO MAKE A PURCHASE.

         Our pilots operate under 14 CFR part 107 and follow all requirements.

  Scheduled Services may be postponed, rescheduled or canceled at the remote pilot in commands discretion for reasons such as but not limited to ;Air space restrictions ,weather, zone obstruction, uncontrollable events or circumstances, or any other reason the Pilot sees fit. Clients will be notified if such events occur, and will be made aware of the reschedule date or next mode of action. Time may be needed to obtain a certificate of authorization from the FAA for the flight.

    For any scheduled flight to occur, The air space must be free of restrictions/obstructions such as but not limited to TFR's, no fly zones, or located in an area too close to an airport to obtain locked zone clearance. 

    The Pilot In Command may bring a visual observer during image capture. The visual observers  responsibilities include but are not limited to :assisting the remote pilot in command to maintain visual line of site, and assist with crowd/traffic management. The visual observer will always be in constant contact with the remote pilot in command.

    All services are subject to change do to seasonality and availability.  Prices may vary at any time. A Travel Fee may by added to any service required out side our standard operation area ,both  Fee and area are subject to change at any time.
